His professional journey began during his 10 years of service in the British Army as a Physical Training Instructor, where he honed his knowledge on human physiology and gained a wealth of experience on physical and personal development.
He has since worked in the public and private sector designing and delivering a number of successful health & well-being initiatives.
Juan is passionate about delivering education of the highest standards, so people can gain a good basic understanding about their physiology and how they can improve their physical and mental health.
Natalina is a caring and nurturing breathwork and sound therapist with 5 years’ experience in facilitating 1-2-1 and group therapy sessions.
Her journey began when she experienced the transformative and healing effects of breathwork and sound therapy when she faced her own traumatising life experiences. This led her to educate herself to become a facilitator and share these practices with people to help them overcome their own life challenges.
She has worked with a vast variety of people from different backgrounds and delivered services to several organisations in the public and private sectors.
Natalina has a deep passion for helping people improve their physical and mental health through holistic health practices and loves to provide safe spaces for people to express themselves and find liberation.
